Head of AI Research - Lead High-Impact ML (Equity, London)

Arva AI is seeking a Head of Research in London to own the AI strategy, roadmap, and model quality outcomes. You will lead a team building agentic systems that automate complex financial crime reviews, enabling regulated institutions to trust AI for AML and KYC workflows.

You will define the research roadmap, oversee training and evaluation, and partner with product and engineering to ensure rapid, safe deployment of high-accuracy models in production. Equity is included as part of the package.
