Head of AI Data Quality & Audit Systems

Encord in London is seeking a Quality Systems Lead to own how we measure the quality of human data across images, documents, and AI evaluation. You will build automated evaluation, model-assisted screening, and an audit function that scales globally.

You will hire and lead an audit team in India, create rubrics and thresholds with customers, and partner with Product and Engineering to embed quality as native platform capability.
