Head of Agile Delivery & Governance - Product, Design & Tech

Sedex is seeking a Head of Delivery to own agile delivery governance across the Product Design and Technology Department. You will lead a team of five Agile Delivery Managers, manage monthly financial cycles, and translate roadmap into a trusted operating rhythm for the Board and Finance.

The role emphasizes influence over authority, cross-functional coordination, and shaping delivery investment models to align with Flow Engineering and governance requirements.
