Head, L&H Retrocession & Alternative Capital

Swiss Re is seeking a Head L&H Retro to lead life & health retrocession structuring and drive innovative capital solutions for a global L&H business. You will manage end-to-end deal execution, engage with internal partners across underwriting, finance, and legal, and shape how traditional and alternative capital supports risk transfer needs.

You will influence strategy, develop high-performing teams, and collaborate with external markets to expand Swiss Re's capital solutions.
