Head Kitchen Porter - Lead Team, Clean Kitchen Ops

Restaurant Associates is seeking a Head Kitchen Porter to lead the KP team and keep the kitchen running safely and efficiently. You will coordinate rotas, train new staff, and ensure high hygiene standards while supporting chefs and front-of-house during busy services.

You'll manage cleaning schedules, COSHH records, and stock, driving recycling and sustainability across operations. A proactive leader with Kitchen Porter experience and food safety knowledge will thrive in this role.
