Head Kitchen Manager at a Forest Retreat

Forest Holidays is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead all kitchen operations at our Sherwood Forest retreat in Edwinstowe. This hands-on role drives standards, manages budget and stock, and ensures exceptional guest dining experiences for guests in cabins.

You'll oversee a busy kitchen, coach your team, maintain HACCP and health & safety, and deliver excellent service during peak holiday periods. 40-hour weeks, typically 5 days across 7 with some evenings and weekends.
