Head Kitchen Manager - Fresh, From-Scratch Dining

Compass Group UK&I is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead a small team in a boarding school environment, delivering fresh, from-scratch meals for around 60 students. You will manage menu development, food production planning, purchasing, and stock controls, while ensuring cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards.

You will implement new policies, provide reports to senior management, and coach the kitchen team to develop staff skills and succession planning.
