Requirements:

• Strong experience, ideally at least 1-2 years in a similar position and the ability to deliver great service to guests.
• Passionate about hospitality, reliable and willing to learn as part of this growing team.

Duties will include:

1. Managing, motivating and leading the housekeeping team to ensure the highest standards are met, with a keen attention to detail.
2. To be accountable for the financial performance of the department against budgets.
3. Liaise with maintenance to ensure that the physical conditions of all areas under the Housekeeping control are properly maintained.
4. Ensure all health and safety, fire safety, security and COSHH regulations are adhered to whilst ensuring all records are up to date.
5. Provide excellent customer service and ensure all staff members are courteous and helpful.
