Salary: Teacher Salary Schedule Assigned Supplement: $6,500.00

Qualifications:

• Valid South Carolina teaching credential preferred
• Secondary certification preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience at the high school level in motivating and developing a championship level program
• This position may include teaching responsibilities

Primary Duties / Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate a visible commitment to student athletes, community, and instructional leadership while promoting positive character and school spirit
• Have experience and innovative ideas in and out of season (in compliance with SC High School League regulations) regarding the basketball program
• Demonstrate the ability to motivate, relate, work with, and maximize the individual potential of high school students on and off the court
• Demonstrate high energy and be able to work well with others
• The ability and willingness to promote multi sport athletes in line with the culture and vision of the athletic department
• Perform other duties as assigned
