Head Coach - Boys Soccer

Cardinal Newman High School is seeking a qualified and motivated Head Coach to lead our Boys Soccer program. The Head Coach will oversee all aspects of the program while promoting athletic excellence, sportsmanship, and personal growth aligned with the mission of Cardinal Newman High School.

Responsibilities include:

• Planning and conducting practices and competitions
• Developing player skills, strategy, and team culture
• Managing match preparation, lineups, and supervision
• Communicating effectively with student-athletes, parents, and administration
• Ensuring compliance with FHSAA and school policies

Qualifications:

• Soccer coaching and/or playing experience preferred
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to mentor student-athletes in a catholic educational environment
