Head Chef/Kitchen Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Head Chef to join us in Ty Glo, Laugharne. We'd love you to make our kitchen your own by bringing a bright positive personality to an already upbeat kitchen. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in food preparation and production, with a strong background in hospitality. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating innovative menus, ensuring food safety standards are met, and managing kitchen operations efficiently. Your leadership skills will be essential in supervising the team while working alongside the Owner and General Manager.

The menu is focused around homemade stone baked pizzas and grills. Experience in this would be preferred but not essential. More importantly is the ability to run a small team and have experience in organising , cleanliness, costings, rotas and EHO practices.
