Head Chef: Production Kitchen & Corner Bar - London

Tate Eats at Tate Modern in London Bankside is seeking a passionate Head Chef for the Production Kitchen and Corner Bar to lead kitchen operations. You will manage a kitchen team, oversee stock and equipment, control costs, minimise waste and ensure hygiene in line with COSHH and food safety standards, delivering outstanding food across Tate Modern cafes and the Corner Bar.

This permanent, full-time role offers 47.5 hours per week with a salary of £62,500 per annum plus a 10% performance bonus
