Head Chef: Lead Mexican Kitchen & WOW Guests

Wahaca is seeking a Head Chef to translate our vibrant Mexican food philosophy into every plate in the kitchen. You'll lead a talented team, work alongside the General Manager to maintain the highest food safety standards, and ensure recipes are followed with pride and precision.

You'll inspire chefs from Sous to prep and drive a culture of accountability, development and WOW-worthy guest experiences, using seasonal ingredients and scratch-made dishes.
