Head Chef: Lead Kitchen, Develop Your Team & Enjoy Perks

The Brend Collection is seeking a hands-on Head Chef to lead a kitchen team from Breakfast Chefs through to Kitchen Porters, upholding exceptional standards, mentoring staff, and driving continuous improvement across all sections of the operation.

You will coordinate with the restaurant, bar, sales and events teams, oversee ordering and stock control, maintain mise-en-place and food safety, manage training records, and ensure guests receive outstanding experiences in a busy hotel environment.
