Head Chef: Lead Fresh-Kitchen at Holiday Park

Away Resorts is seeking a head chef to lead and inspire the kitchen across our holiday parks. You will create freshly cooked dishes, develop menus with seasonal, local specials, and partner with Front of House to delight guests while maximising profits.

You will manage a busy F&B kitchen, ensure high standards, and drive cost controls with support from the Group executive Chef. Onsite accommodation is available where possible.
