Head Chef: Lead a Dynamic Kitchen & Growth Path

Marston's is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at one of our pubs. You'll be responsible for raising the bar and setting standards, and will play a key part in the pub management team to create memorable experiences that keep guests coming back for more.

You'll have experience as a Kitchen Manager/Head Chef or be ready to step up from a Sous/Second Chef position, with a passion for food and a drive to develop and retain a motivated kitchen team to deliver great meals quickly.
