Job Description

McMullen's is seeking a motivated Head Chef for our Chicken & Grill pubs. You will lead a busy kitchen, cook and present dishes to spec, manage stock, and drive food quality in line with our standards.

The role offers a competitive salary with bonus, 45-hour week, and opportunities for progression through the GROW programme. Live-in accommodation is available if required, with generous staff benefits including meal discounts and a share of gratuities.
