Head Chef for Stadium & Events Lead Kitchen Team

Brighton & Hove FC is seeking a Lead Chef to join our catering team for the 2026/27 season, covering match days, non-match days, community events, evenings and weekends. You will lead by example, maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene.

You will manage the kitchen during service and events, ensure food safety, allergens compliance, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
