Grow with us at Starwood Hotels. We're looking for a seasoned Head Chef who thrives in a mission driven environment, creates culinary innovation, and leads a team of pastry and savory chefs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day to day culinary operations within a 24 hour service schedule.
• Lead, supervise, and develop pastry and savory teams.
• Design and implement creative, locally sourced menus that meet guest and financial objectives.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Engage with guests and team members to enhance service experience and support financial performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of progressive culinary leadership experience.
• Proven track record in menu development, guest satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Post secondary diploma or degree in culinary arts or related field (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership, supervisory, and team development abilities.
• Flexibility to work within a 24 hour operation.
