The Role

As Head Chef you will take full ownership of the kitchen, setting the tone for excellence and leading a high-performing brigade in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing kitchen brigade
• Deliver high-quality, fresh dishes with consistency and flair
• Oversee all kitchen operations, including stock control and supplier management
• Drive financial performance, managing food costs, wastage, and labour
• Maintain exceptional standards in food safety, cleanliness, and compliance
• Create a positive, professional, and high-energy kitchen culture

Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or strong Senior Sous ready to step up
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of kitchen financials
• A genuine passion for fresh food and delivering memorable dining experiences
• Ability to remain calm under pressure while maintaining high standards
