Job Description
Hickory's Smokehouse in the United Kingdom is seeking a Head Chef to lead our passionate brigade of BBQ enthusiasts, running a bespoke kitchen and delivering the very best food.
You will work with and lead the team to showcase authentic, fresh BBQ, ensuring high standards in one of the busiest restaurants in town.
This role comes with a generous package, up to £51,000 per year including Tip Jar, plus uncapped bonus and access to our award-winning Training Academy.
