Head Chef & Kitchen Manager - High-Volume School Catering

Impact Food Group is seeking a Chef Manager for Brighton Hill Community School in RG22 4HS. The role is a high-volume kitchen leadership position, Monday to Friday, 6.30am-4pm (45 hours/week) across 42 weeks per year, with a salary of £30,000 per annum.

You will lead a catering team, plan menus, manage stock and budgets, ensure food hygiene and safety standards, and maintain strong client relationships to deliver fresh, seasonal meals to hundreds of students daily.
