Key Responsibilities

As a Head Chef, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing the kitchen team to deliver consistent, high-quality food.
• Designing and implementing menus in line with business requirements and seasonal availability.
• Overseeing all kitchen operations, including food preparation, service, and presentation.
• Managing stock control, ordering, and food cost management.
• Ensuring strict compliance with HACCP, food safety, and health & safety standards.
• Training, developing, and motivating kitchen staff to maintain high performance standards.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• Previous experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up in a busy hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and cost control.
• Ability to maintain high standards in a high-pressure environment.
• Passion for delivering quality food and developing kitchen teams.
