Ellis Mack has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Head Chef to join this busy, well established Glasgow Bar/Restaurant! Multi-faceted operation (bar, expansive beer garden and large function and events space), looking for experienced Head Chef to drive standards & operation to next level

Duties/ Responsibilities:

• Entire responsibility for the catering operation
• delivering consistently high standards of menu, produce and dish presentation
• Recruitment and training of junior members of staff.
• Daily Stock Control ordering.
• Input into all areas of kitchen management Inc. all KPI targets such as GP %, environmental health issues, menu design etc.

Skills/Experience:

• Have Head Chef Experience in a similarly high-quality operation.
• Possess a passion and knowledge for food.
• Be driven and Self-motivated.
• Have shown loyalty and longevity throughout their career.
• Have excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Hold Appropriate professional qualifications for the role
