What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead, manage, and inspire the kitchen team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Develop and create innovative menus for the restaurant, events, and functions.
• Ensure all dishes meet the highest standards of quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Manage inventory, control costs, and maintain profitability without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with hotel management to align kitchen operations with overall business goals.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a similar hotel or restaurant environment.
• Banqueting experience is advantageous.
• Strong culinary knowledge and passion for food.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Creative flair and ability to perform under pressure.
• Demonstrable experience in menu development, stock control, and team management.
