What will you do:

To act as a mentor to your team members, being their point of reference and supporting them in delivering the best guest experience possible while developing their skills.

To oversee weekly meetings, team performance reviews with the Sous Chef and properly communicate info to HR.

To be responsible for allocating chefs to the different sections based on their capabilities, train them in the identified weaknesses and manage the succession plan accordingly.

Closely monitor and ensure you and your team are meeting your business target for the year set with the Global Team.

To work in collaboration with the Marketing Manager in creating appealing menu descriptions.

To assist HR in the recruitment process to ensure that the headcount is aligned to the budget and all positions are covered.

What You'll Need:

Culinary Arts School Certificate

Previous experience as a Head Chef in a reputable stand alone restaurant (min. 2 3 years)

Organizational and time management skills
