Head Chef

40 hours per week - 4 x 10 hour shifts including alternative weekends.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Home Manager, you will be an organized and helpful leader in a busy kitchen environment.

You will be responsible for organizing, preparing, and serving appetizing and freshly produced food while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and health and safety.

Key to your success in this role will be experience within the food industry, along with the ability to be part of a strong team in the kitchen.

Experience in a care setting would be an advantage but not essential.

Qualifications

Basic or Intermediate Food Hygiene certificate.

Knowledge of textured/modified diets would be an advantage.
