Head Chef

Location: DST Leconfield, Beverly, HU17 7LX

Annual salary: £29,428.39

Working Pattern: Permanent, full-time, 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 (includes weekends and evenings)

Job Overview

Aramark UK is recruiting a Head Chef to join our team working in DST Leconfield.

You will be responsible for the kitchen operation, cost efficiency, and production of innovative quality food/menus in line with agreed budgets to improve sales.

To be eligible for this role, you must have been a UK resident for the past 3 years, have the legal right to work in the UK, and be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.

What you'll do

• Manage chefs across the on-site kitchen, including rotas.
• Manage and order stock.
• Undertake stock takes.
• Produce menu signage for the Front of House.
• Manage menu cycles and food offerings.
• Ensure all kitchen teams follow Aramark and food safety policies and procedures.

What we're looking for

• NVQ Level 1 & 2 in culinary skills.
• Clean Enhanced DBS.
• Driving licence (bonus).
• Can-do attitude with a willingness to learn. Proactive in attitude.
• UK residency for the past 3 years with legal right to work and ability to pass security vetting and DBS checks.
