Aramark UK is recruiting a Head Chef to manage kitchen operations, maintain cost efficiency, and produce innovative, quality food menus that align with budgets to boost sales.
Key Responsibilities- Manage cuisine and stock across two kitchens on site
- Order and take stock accurately
- Create menu signage and cycle for Front of House
- Ensure all kitchen teams adhere to Aramark food safety policies and procedures
- NVQ Levels 1 & 2 in culinary skills
- Clean Enhanced DBS
- Experience in a similar educational environment
- Proactive, can do attitude and willingness to learn
- UK resident for the past 3 years with legal right to work and ability to pass full security vetting and DBS checks
- Full time, 40 hours per week; shift patterns available, including occasional weekend shifts
- £15.45 per hour (£32,240 per annum)
