Head Chef

At Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre within our Hospitals division, we make sure teams, patients, and visitors have access to wholesome, comforting food when they need it most. Because good nutrition isn't just fuel - it's part of the recovery journey, and we're proud to play a role in that.

As a Head Chef you will be proactively working with Catering Manger to support a catering team as well as creating a platform for financial growth through cost control and culinary excellence.

• Assisting with Recruiting, training, supporting and people development to deliver an efficient, high quality service to Elior UK, customer and client
• Maintaining, ordering and controlling food stocks within budget
• Ensuring ongoing team communications, including building internal and external relationships, management reporting and client liaison to enable operational excellence
• Accountable for COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies and duty of care to customer and colleagues

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (no evenings) 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £30,927.00 per annum
