We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to join a fantastic holiday park in Wooler.

The Role

As Head Chef, you will take full responsibility for the day to day running of the kitchen and lead your team to deliver high standards consistently.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing all kitchen operations and service delivery
• Leading, motivating, and developing the kitchen team
• Maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
• Overseeing stock control, ordering, and kitchen budgets
• Ensuring full compliance with health & safety and food hygiene standards
• Working closely with the Complex Manager to support the overall success of the restaurant

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef ready to step up
• Ideally has experience within holiday parks or high-volume leisure environments
• Is confident leading kitchen teams in a fast paced service environment
• Has strong knowledge of stock management, ordering, and cost control
• Is highly organised with a strong focus on standards and compliance
• Brings energy, leadership, and a hands on approach
