Head Chef

Now under the same ownership as The Rose, Deal, The Zetland Arms is now in its next chapter. In an iconic location at the end of the White Cliffs on Kingsdown Beach 'The Zetland' is a much loved busy pub.

We are building a reputation for outstanding food using locally sourced and seasonal ingredients with an obvious focus on fish and seafood. We are now looking to build our kitchen team and searching for an enthusiastic, hard working chef who has a passion for food and hospitality. We are currently looking for a Head chef to join our kitchen team and lead by example.

The ideal candidates will have a passion for using the best ingredients, constantly teaching our young team and have an eye for detail.
Prior experience essential, for the Head chef position a minimum of 2 years as Head chef required.
