My client, a stunning independent restaurant and bar in beautiful Cambridgeshire, is looking for a Head Chef to take the kitchen to the next level. Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the kitchen, from daily operations to team leadership, stock management, and food safety standards.
• Develop training programmes, guide a small but dedicated team of chefs and kitchen assistants, and implement processes that ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Take ownership, mentor others, and elevate the dining experience in a dynamic, hands-on environment.

Benefits

• Competitive salary of up to £40,000 (DOE) plus tips expected to exceed £5,000
• Quarterly bonus of £500 and an annual profit bonus of up to £10,000 (OTE £55K)
