Summary

We are seeking an experienced and talented Head Chef to join our team at Harbwr Tap and Kitchen in Tenby. In this pivotal role, you will lead our culinary team, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation while contributing to our mission of exceptional service.

Responsibilities

Lead the kitchen team in food preparation and production.
Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality.
Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control and ordering supplies.
Train and mentor kitchen staff to foster a collaborative environment.
Implement food safety standards and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
Create innovative menu items that reflect seasonal ingredients.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service.
Monitor kitchen performance and make adjustments as necessary.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a busy kitchen.

Strong culinary skills with a passion for food production.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards.
Creativity in menu development and presentation.
Strong communication skills to liaise with staff effectively.
