Head Chef

The Milton Brasserie are currently looking to recruit a full time Head Chef.

The Restaurant is based at Crathes, Banchory and is a family owned establishment, run since 2013. The company are also part of the Milton Collection, which includes, Milton on the Corner and Milton's Little Kitchen.

We are a day time operation from 9.30am-4pm. The business is split up between the Brasserie which is open for lunch every day and the Conservatory which offers Coffee/Tea, Scones and Home bakes. We also do Afternoon Teas, Tour Parties and Funeral Teas.

The Kitchen team consists of 4 chefs, working on a rota of 5 days from 7. The Head Chef will have full responsible of the kitchen and be in charge of full aspects of food safety, menu writing and food service. The applicant should be experienced, driven, work well individually and in a team and use fresh and local produce. The applicant should also be able to help drive the business forward working alongside the Owner and General Manager.
