Head Chef - Training Kitchen Leader & VIP Events

Think FE in Northamptonshire is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead its professional catering operation. This position offers the chance to step away from traditional hospitality demands while ensuring high-quality kitchen operation. In addition to overseeing the college's bistro, the Head Chef will support catering across campus outlets and VIP events, while mentoring students in a supportive training environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, culinary expertise, and experience managing a busy kitchen, as well as a passion for developing others. A full UK driving licence is desirable for external events.
