Head Chef - Riverside Secondary School

We are seeking a skilled and experienced School Head Chef to join our team at Riverside Secondary School . As part of this role you will work alongside the Chef Manager and be responsible for providing quality meals to Students and Staff in a Secondary school and overseeing other kitchen staff members.

Requirements

Proven experience in a similar role
Strong culinary skills and knowledge of nutrition and dietary requirements
Great time management skills
Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards
The ability to train and mentor other staff
Ordering stock/ stock control.

Work pattern

School Term Time only
Monday-Friday
40 Hours Per Week
Working 41 weeks per year
