Head / Executive Chef, Central Windsor, Monday to Friday daytimes only (no weekends or evenings ), £49,000 + Great Benefits, Amazing New Kitchen based within a prestigious corporate environment.

The Opportunity:

You'll take full ownership of a newly launched workplace dining operation serving up to 400 office professionals each day. This is a flagship site - and you'll be the driving force behind its success.

You'll lead a team of three chefs, set the culinary vision, and deliver food that goes far beyond "canteen dining." Think restaurant-quality food, done efficiently, creatively, and consistently.

This role is perfect for a strong Head Chef or an ambitious Sous Chef ready to step up and lead something of their own.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Leading and inspiring a brigade of 3 chefs with confidence, clarity, and high standards
  • Designing and delivering fresh, seasonal menus that people genuinely look forward to
  • Producing outstanding breakfast and lunch services for a high-volume, quality-focused site
  • Creating food that reflects modern dining trends while remaining commercially smart
  • Maintaining impeccable standards across food quality, presentation, hygiene, and safety
  • Building trusted relationships with on-site stakeholders through consistent excellence
  • Taking full ownership of your kitchen - this is your operation to run
