Rosewood London is seeking a Head Chef - Holborn Dining Room to lead the kitchen of one of London's most celebrated dining destinations. You will drive culinary delivery, uphold luxury hospitality standards and develop the kitchen brigade.
Reporting to the Restaurants Head Chef, you will manage food quality, HACCP compliance, cost control and menu development while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.
