Head Chef - Luxury 5 Star Estate

Set within the breathtaking landscapes of the Scottish Borders, our client is a 5-star estate that offers a 2 AA Rosette restaurant and a diverse portfolio of dining experiences. They are now seeking a Head Chef to lead a brigade of 35 chefs/KPs and shape the culinary identity of this renowned estate, with full creative autonomy.

• £45,000 per annum plus up to £400 per month in service charge

Responsibilities as the Head Chef

• Overseeing all kitchens across the estate's restaurants, bars and events, ensuring consistency and excellence
• Designing and delivering seasonal, produce-led menus with a clear culinary identity
• Leading, motivating and developing a team of around 35, fostering high standards and a positive culture
• Collaborating with senior management to enhance the guest experience and support commercial goals

You'll be a great fit if you:

• Have proven experience within 5-star hotels or luxury hospitality
• Are a strong, hands on leader who can inspire, coach and hold standards
• Bring multi outlet experience and thrive in a busy, quality driven environment
• Are confident in taking full ownership of menu direction and innovation
• Are either an accomplished Head Chef or a Senior Sous Chef ready to step up
