Debden Grange in Saffron Walden, part of Retirement Villages Group, is seeking a talented Head Chef to lead the kitchen and own the culinary offering. You'll oversee the team, design seasonal menus and ensure outstanding dining for residents, families and visitors.

This 37.5-hour per week role across five days, with Fridays/Saturdays typically off, offers a collaborative environment and opportunities to develop staff while maintaining high standards of hygiene and strong food margins.
