Head Chef - Lead Creative Menus & Kitchen Excellence

CH&CO, part of Compass Group UK&I, is seeking a Head Chef to lead culinary operations in Cambridge on a full-time basis. You will drive menu development and kitchen leadership to deliver exceptional food experiences.

You will manage a team, uphold high standards of hygiene and safety, and ensure budgets are achieved while maintaining strong supplier relationships and on-time service. This is a hands-on, energetic role in a dynamic food service environment.
