Zaytoon in Bath is seeking an ambitious Head Chef to lead our new independent Palestinian restaurant from the ground up. You will shape the kitchen, set high standards, and bring authentic Middle Eastern flavours to life.

You will manage a small team, work closely with owners on menu development, maintain hygiene, quality, and presentation, and ensure hospitality excellence in every service.
