Job Description

Destination Inns, part of McMullen Family, is seeking a Head Chef to lead a busy kitchen and deliver a high-quality, classic British menu with daily specials. The role offers 45 contracted hours per week, live-in accommodation if required, and a structured development path through the GROW Programme.

You will manage stock, keep GP% on target, and mentor junior staff, while maintaining exceptional hygiene and customer-focused service.
