Head Chef - Fast-Paced Restaurant Leader (Relocation)

Back 4 Good are looking for a Head Chef for a top venue in Dublin City centre .

You will have a passion for food and experienced in various cuisines .

You should be a team player and have significant experience of working within a large busy restaurant.

Key Requirements

Minimum 5 years experience in a fast paced restaurant

Fluent English required

Meet high standards in Health & Safety and HACCP

Experience in food preparation

Experience in ordering and managing all sick

Excellent communication skills

Flexibility essentail
