Head Chef - Daytime Hours

We are seeking an experienced and talented Head Chef for an exciting opportunity within a corporate catering environment near Cork City Centre. This role offers a Monday to Friday schedule, providing a great work-life balance in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage kitchen operations in a fast-paced corporate catering environment
• Oversee menu planning, food preparation, and presentation to meet high-quality standards
• Supervise, train, and develop kitchen staff
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including food hygiene regulations
• Collaborate with the catering team to ensure smooth daily operations

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a senior kitchen role
• Strong leadership, management, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage kitchen operations effectively
• Experience in corporate or high-volume catering is a plus
• References will be checked

Salary: €50,000

Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime hours - offering excellent work-life balance.
