Head Chef - Care Home Kitchen Leader & Menu Innovator

Tenchley Manor in Selsey, near Chichester, is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen team in a 33-resident home. The role offers £15 per hour for 38 hours a week, 7am-5:30pm, four days per week with alternate weekends.

You will liaise with residents, plan weekly menus, manage stock and wastage, and create theme nights while ensuring high kitchen standards and food hygiene. City and Guilds or NVQ qualifications are preferred, with Academy training available.
