Job Description

Porthaven Care Homes is seeking a Head Chef for Cavell Park Care Home in Maidstone. Lead a busy commercial kitchen, crafting seasonal menus and delivering home-cooked meals to support residents' wellbeing.

This full-time role is 40 hours weekly, 8am-6pm with alternating weekends. You'll mentor the kitchen team, manage stock and budget, and ensure high standards of nutrition and flavour for residents.
