In this role, your mission will be to:- Organize production for catering and event services (Delivered meals, cocktails, and receptions).- Organize production for table service (Carefully prepared menus served at the plate at the bank's Visitor Center).- Organize work to ensure smooth and quick production.- Be responsible for customer satisfaction and the quality of prepared dishes, maintaining high standards.- Ensure orders are made according to internal guidelines and ensure optimal stock levels to meet needs.- Guarantee strict adherence to hygiene regulations according to current HACCP standards, thus ensuring the food safety of guests.- Ensure cleanliness of utensils, kitchens, and annexes, in accordance with protocols. Your profile:- You have experience in high-end hospitality.- You propose gourmet and innovative culinary creations to energize the offering.- You have a team spirit, are motivated, and enjoy challenges.- You are proactive, precise, and have excellent organizational skills.- You hold a diploma in cooking or a recognized equivalent qualification.- You master the French language.
