In this role, your mission will be to: Participate in the production of hot & cold cuisine, as well as meal distribution. Lead the kitchen team and organize the work to ensure smooth and quick production. Ensure customer satisfaction and the quality of prepared dishes by maintaining high standards. Manage orders in accordance with internal guidelines and ensure to maintain optimal stock to meet needs. Guarantee strict compliance with hygiene rules according to current HACCP standards, thus ensuring food safety for events and in coordination with dietitians. Ensure the cleanliness of utensils, kitchen premises, and annexes, according to established protocols. Supervise, train, and support your team. Profile: You have at least 5 years of experience as a Head Chef. Kind and respectful, you are recognized for your ability to build relationships and your passion for people is at the heart of your commitment. Curious and open-minded, you know how to question yourself and evolve in the face of daily challenges. Your flexibility allows you to anticipate, adapt, and always remain calm while working hand in hand with your team to ensure optimal restaurant operation. When faced with unexpected situations, you maintain your calm and smile, finding solutions with kindness and serenity. Comfortable with numbers and tools, you excel in managing a restaurant and ensure rigorous oversight. Dynamic and motivating, you know how to guide your team with kindness, supporting them in their growth and professional development. Proactive and methodical, you excel in managing priorities and resources. Holder of a Certificate of Proficiency as a Cook or a comparable qualification. Proficient in French and English (B1 level).
